How does the 3-day guarantee actually work?

Once we agree on scope and pricing, the clock starts on the next business day. If the work isn't delivered within three business days, you don't pay. The only exclusions are custom hardware and third-party wait times (DNS propagation, app store reviews, etc.) — those get flagged before the clock starts.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes — and it's the default. Most issues get handled remotely through a secure session, often the same day you reach out. If something genuinely needs hands on hardware, you'll know early and we'll arrange in-person time.

How does pricing work?

Most tech work starts with a diagnostic session ($75–$95). After that, you get clear options and an estimate before any additional work begins. Project work (websites, brand, software) is quoted up front with a fixed scope and price.

Do I have to sign a monthly contract?

No. Default is no contracts — pay for what you actually need, when you need it. If you'd like a monthly retainer for ongoing support or marketing, that's available, but it's never required.

What areas do you serve?

What if a repair isn't the best option?
